Welcome to TrustedObserver.com
Trusted Observers play a critical role in the patented Fingerprint Self-Capture™ process. This is the place where Trusted Observers Register, Learn and Report their use of Self-Capture Packs™.
Who is a Trusted Observer?
Normally the Trusted Observer is someone in an organization's HR department who currently handles the fingerprinting task. If your organization currently sends people out for fingerprinting, this will be a new role for someone who has been entrusted with the personnel records.
If yours is a small company, or a company with employees spread over a wide area, a Notary Public can serve the role of a Trusted Observer.
How to become a Trusted Observer?
After your organization chooses to use Self-Capture Packs for fingerprinting, the person assigned the task will REGISTER HERE and receive a Trusted Observer Number to be used when submitting a Pack. After registration, the training resources of Fingerprint University will be available, as will the online Pack Usage Reporting function.
