Trusted Observer Registration

Welcome to National Fingerprint Self Capture Packs™ Trusted Observer™ registration.

You have been selected by your employer or supervisor to “be in charge” of fingerprinting for your location as a "Registered Trusted Observer."

When your registration has been accepted, you will receive a Trusted Observer Number (T-O#). You will need to include this number on the Submission Envelope of each Pack you submit.

PLEASE CHOOSE A STRONG PASSWORD. Include upper/lower case letters, numbers and at least one number-row character (!@#$...).

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PERSONAL MOBILE PHONE - enter your home phone number. This must be a number unique to you that no one else uses. (It will not be dialed except in emergency.)
